PATHS TO FOLLOW

I would like to take this time to explain my views on life. That was the purpose of all of this, wasn’t it? With this started, I shall proceed.

Earlier, in the other book, I explained that life was like a highway. This is mostly true. But… it is much slower than we believe it is. If every moment of life seemed equally important, you eventually wouldn’t have space to store them. So the key to living a long life, or a full life, is to choose which moments to stop and appreciate. Appreciating the wrong moments can lead to one’s view of life, in hindsight, to be very cynical. So the question becomes, “how does one decide which moments to hold on to?” The answer is so simple, it’s complicated. Just follow your instincts.

Within every cell of energy in the universe, there is “God.” “He” is the source from which all life, physical and non-physical, comes from. He wants nothing more than for us to be truly happy. Since happiness is in the moment, true happiness depends on one constantly maintaining happiness at all times. In order for one to have the best chances on doing so, one must actively pursue one’s own happiness. This kind of consistence is inhuman and very much impractical to expect to be done perfectly. But doing this as much as possible leaves you open for more happiness. Actively pursuing one’s happiness is the same as following one’s own path through life effectively.

“God” is all of the universe’s energy working together. As puppets in this reality we live in, it is our duty to fulfill our purpose as tools of the universe. Religious people call it listening to the “Holy Spirit.” Our paths are given to us. More importantly, we are instructed on how to follow it. Take animals, for example. We view their lives as simple as “survive to procreate: procreate to survive.” It may be simple but look at what comes out of it; a self sustaining ecosystem. By doing nothing but following instinct, they create a well organized and balanced cycle of life around the world. Humans, by being such a weak animal, developed a means to reject instinct in the name of survival. This is what we now call “free will” or “choice.” This concept of choice has allowed us to advance past the more powerful animals through dominance. We did this by finding ways to support our choices through human logic. Since it has helped us so far, we’ve come to blindly accept human logic as truth. In turn, rejection of instinct has become a staple of human nature. So, in order for us to be truly happy, we must learn to live in faith.

When I say faith, I don’t mean it in the biblical sense. I mean it as instinct aka your “first mind.” When one has a “gut feeling” about something, where does it come from? I believe that is God speaking to us in a “mysterious way.” But we, as humans, have the power to reject this feeling; aka the second mind. And when one says, “I should have followed my first mind,” one seems to never wonder why their plans went awry. They never really even consider that making their own choice despite the gut feeling may have led to misfortune. Given the track record of the second mind, it doesn’t seem wise to follow it. In fact, following the first mind all the time would be the better way to live. So by using logic one would conclude that living a life dictated by instinct would lead to a happier existence. This is the same as living in faith.

The universe is the most complex organized system of moving parts known to man. Every piece of matter and energy all work together on this massive scale to create what we perceive as reality. As part of this universe, we must also work with the energies around us in order to maneuver within it. As conductors of energy we are able to send and receive it. The energy we receive can come in many forms and many sources. More often than not we are unaware of how to decipher and use the energies we receive. We focus more on the energies that we send out aka vibes. Because vibes are pretty straight forward messages, they are easy to react to and reply to. This brings our lives to be very present based uncontrollable.

The messages that we need to be concerned about actually come from the future. How does that “first mind” always know the right choice? This is a result of the universe warning you of an interaction between your energy and another set of energy (person or thing) significant enough to alter the path or function of yourself. The first mind usually leads you to your desired path. Though the situations may seem unimportant toward your goal it may be the first step made. Following these signs, as confusing as they may be, is the key to a fulfilling life.

Before one goes about following false signs in the pursuit of false happiness, one must actually define their own happiness. This is where individuality comes into play. No one person and/or life situation is the same. Consequently, no definition of happiness is the same. Furthermore, no path to happiness is the same. In short, we all have our different paths to follow.

In simple terms, happiness is the elimination of tension in the soul. While most people tend to concentrate on the physical aspects of happiness, it’s the non-physical ones that we need to focus on. Non-physical tension causes us to emit vibes which manipulates the energy around us. Negative sends causes negative returns.

With all of this said, I’ve come to one conclusion. Understand the universe’s messages, follow them decisively, and I will lead a full life. Time has been taken to find what I truly view as important. Now I am actively listening to my first mind because I believe that if I do, it will lead me down a path to true happiness. So far since I’ve made that decision, good and interesting things have happened. I plan on doing this until it stops working.
